Replacing Starter Content

Some documentation pages begin with a Starter content callout. These callouts are intentionally visible on the deployed site so your team, instructor, and graders can quickly see which assignment pages still need project-specific work.

Remove a starter-content callout only after the page underneath it has been replaced with real content for your project.

What to Replace​

Replace starter outlines, placeholder tables, placeholder OpenAPI files, and generic section prompts with information from your own project.

When to Keep It​

Keep a starter-content callout on future milestone pages until that assignment is complete. The site can still build and deploy with future milestone pages unfinished.

What Not to Do​

Do not remove the callout just to make the warning disappear. A page is ready when the content is specific enough that a reader can understand and evaluate your team's actual system.
